With the addition of the SOMATOM Pro.Pulse CT, NTMC is now proud to offer specialized Cardiac scans. A Cardiac Calcium Score scan can provide early detection of asymptomatic coronary artery disease and a Coronary Computed Tomography Angiogram (CCTA) is a non-invasive imaging test essential for detecting plaque buildup, blockages, and structural issues in the heart’s arteries, often in patients with chest pain or risk factors. It offers detailed, 3D images of the coronary anatomy, allowing for early, accurate diagnosis of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and personalized treatment planning.
