Hospital adopts proactive strategy on patient experience, patient intake, patient adherence, and revenue optimization

Dallas, TX, Apr 15, 2019 – North Texas Medical Center (NTMC) is working to improve the experience of all patients. A major step is NTMC’s selection of Simple Interact and its complete suite of Front Office Automation services which are designated to enhance several aspects of a patient’s experience. 

The medical center will leverage these capabilities to proactively gather and address patient feedback, improve patient experience, streamline patient engagement and patient education before/during/after each encounter, digitize patient intake, and improve data collection to foster better outcomes.
